REFUND POLICY

At Infinity Moves, we strive to provide exceptional personal training services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate the need for a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued for our services.

1. Single Session

1.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellation by Client: If you cancel a single session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the session being forfeited without a refund.

  • Cancellation by Infinity Moves: If Infinity Moves cancels your single session for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 4-Session and 8-Session Plans


Our subscription plans include options for 4-session and 8-session packages. These plans are prepaid and provide flexibility for scheduling training sessions.

3. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

3.1 Cancellation by Client

  • Within 7 Days of Purchase: If you cancel your subscription plan within 7 days of purchase and have not used any sessions, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • After 7 Days of Purchase: If you cancel your subscription plan after 7 days of purchase but before using any sessions, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a cancellation fee of £20.

  • After Sessions Have Commenced: If you have started using your sessions, refunds will be prorated based on the number of unused sessions, minus a cancellation fee of £20.

3.2 Cancellation by Infinity Moves


If Infinity Moves needs to cancel your subscription plan for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund of any unused sessions.

4. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions

4.1 Rescheduling


Clients must notify Infinity Moves at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule a session. Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without a refund.

4.2 Missed Sessions


Missed sessions without prior notification will not be refunded. However, we understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible in such cases, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request a Refund


To request a refund, please contact us at info@infinitymoves.co.uk with your name, contact details, and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5.2 Refund Method


Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Non-Refundable Items

6.1 Promotional Offers


Sessions or plans purchased as part of a promotional offer are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the terms of the promotion.

6.2 Gift Cards


Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
