1. General
1.1 Service Overview
Infinity Moves provides in-home personal training services tailored to older adults. Our services include personalized fitness programs designed by certified and experienced trainers.
1.2 Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 65 and older. By booking our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Session Plans
We offer single session and subscription plans of either 4 sessions or 8 sessions. Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
2.2 Payment Terms
Payment for session plans can be made in full at the time of booking, partially by paying a deposit at the time of booking and the remaining at the time of session, or in full at the time of session. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
2.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited without a refund.
3. Health and Safety
3.1 Medical Clearance
Clients must provide medical clearance or a doctor's note before commencing any training program with Infinity Moves. This ensures the safety and appropriateness of the fitness regimen.
3.2 Client Responsibility
Clients must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to starting any session. Infinity Moves and its trainers are not liable for any injuries or health issues that arise due to undisclosed conditions.
3.3 Trainer Responsibility
Our trainers are certified and experienced in working with older adults. They will provide safe and appropriate exercises tailored to each client's needs. However, clients must follow the trainers' instructions and exercise within their own capabilities.
4. Liability
4.1 Waiver of Liability
By using our services, you agree to release Infinity Moves and its trainers from any liability for injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur during or after the training sessions, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
4.2 Insurance
Clients are encouraged to have personal health insurance to cover any unforeseen medical expenses that may arise from participation in our fitness programs.
5. Privacy
5.1 Personal Information
We collect personal information such as name, contact details, and health information to provide our services. This information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our fitness programs.
5.2 Data Security
Infinity Moves implements appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

6.1 Changes to Terms and Conditions
Infinity Moves reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
